How will my order be delivered?
 
Loulz Fashion uses ARAMEX for all orders. All orders must be signed for upon delivery, and if no one is home, a delivery note will be left. For more information on delivery please contact infoloulz@gmail.com or call +971 564485935
How do I return an item?
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 10 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us. Just package your items up with the returns form, and post it back to us via any reliable mail service provider. For our returns policy please contact info@loulz.com before sending the shipment.

 Returns and exchanges

Loulz prides itself on offering authentic one of a kind pieces, however some products have natural imperfections as they are antique  fabrics / leathers. 
Loulz will not accept return items with any signs of wear. We do not accept returns of merchandise purchased over 10 days.


Customs info
 
Orders will be received within approximately 3-4 working days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the day of the order. Once payment is authorized and verified, the item(s) will be sent out.
Please note: Shipping days and VAT may vary due to customs.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?
 
Yes. By creating an account, customers will be able to track orders and manage returns - so we recommend creating an account!
What payment methods does Loulz Fashion accept?
 
Currently Loulz  Fashion accepts credit card payments in Visa and Mastercard.


What currencies do you accept?

How can I track my order?
 
Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been authorized, and we'll email you with a tracking number so that you can monitor it's every move until it reaches your door.
